A well known figure in the Boston area, Chris was born and raised in Dorchester. He combined his love for his hometown and his business savvy to establish several successful ventures in the area. He is a principal of Endeavor Capital, a commercial private lender and is also a principal of Greater Boston Management. His impetus to found East West Mortgage was due to his perceived need for a local mortgage lender.

Over the course of his thirty plus year career in lending, Steve has handled all aspects of the mortgage business. He has held senior management positions at Rockland Trust, Meetinghouse Bank and Cambridgeport. In his position as President of East West, he is utilizing his combined experience to bring out the best in his team.to help our company grow and prosper. A Quincy resident and BU alum, Steve serves on the board of directors for Neighborworks Housing Solutions of Southern Mass and the Adams Montessori School of Quincy.
Melanie Medeiros, Operations Manager
Melanies’ lending career began as a mortgage processor for Primary Residential Mortgage, a nationwide residential mortgage banker. She later served as a mortgage underwriter for Meetinghouse Bank and then as an Operations Manager/Senior Underwriter for Needham Bank. Her experience encompasses all phases of the mortgage lending process, from ensuring that applications and resultant loans are fully accurate and compliant to overseeing the entire loan filing pipeline.
Kerrie Anderson, Human Resource Manager

A unique blend of experience in both mortgage lending and human resources makes Kerrie ideally suited for her role at East West. Early in her career, she handled processing and closing loans before shifting over to human resources at a property management company. Her East West responsibilities include company staffing and retention, policy and procedures oversight, managing company benefits and payroll processing.
Stephen Fogarty, Loan Officer

Stephen was most recently a Licensed Sales Assistant at Guaranteed Rate, where he was responsible for attracting new mortgage loan applications and handling all of the details throughout the mortgage application process
for his clientele. Before he was at Guaranteed Rate, Stephen worked for over six years at Mortgage Master, starting as a Loan Analyst/Loan Officer Assistant. He was subsequently promoted to National Sales Training
Associate and then to Mortgage Loan Originator.
Maria Montrond, Underwriter
Maria has been reviewing loan applications for almost twenty years. Her attention to detail ensures that mortgage applications are complete and accurate and that all supporting documentation is prepared in a timely manner. Her approach to customer care ensures the application process runs smoothly. Maria is conversant in Spanish and Portuguese and fluent in Cape Verdean Creole.

Nicole brings an energetic approach and commitment to detail in her role as a closer for EastWest. Over the past five years, she has worked closely with buyers, appraisers and closing attorneys processing residential,commercial
and builder transactions. She ensures that the borrower is clear on the details prior to the close of the loan. Her strong organization skills ensure that all of the necessary information is gathered from the appropriate
parties, enabling a hassle-free closing experience for the borrower. Nicole's background includes working for both mortgage and insurance companies.
